How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
We understand that you can’t wait to check out your pup in their new outfit, that’s why we’re hard at work getting your order ready as soon as it’s been placed! All orders will be dispatched within two-three days of your purchase.

Do you offer returns?
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns for change of mind purchases. All of our products are made with love and care, however if you receive an item which is believed to be faulty please contact us and we will gladly offer an exchange or refund.

What does your exchange policy look like?
We understand that measurements can be tricky and sometimes your furry friend may need a different size. Therefore, we’re able to offer a 14 day exchange policy for all unworn items returned to us in their original condition. Unfortunately are unable to offer free postage on exchanges, therefore we highly recommend you measure your pup before finalising your purchase.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes! we offer worldwide shipping for all our international furry friends. Please refer to our ‘Shipping and Returns’ page for pricing and estimated delivery times.

How do I clean my products?
There’s no denying that dogs love a good ol’ roll around in the dirt. Fortunately, all of our products are all able to be cleaned back to pawfection. Along with your order, you’ll receive a care card with product specific washing and cleaning instructions.

How do I measure my dog?
We recommend measuring the circumference of your dog’s neck from it’s lowest part. Please refer to our sizing page for further details.



Am I able to modify my order once it’s been placed?
At Fur Fetch we understand mistakes happen; if you’ve accidentally added the wrong size/style, decided you should get that extra bandana or gone on an impulse shopping spree you can’t actually afford, send us an email within 24 hours of your purchase and we’ll amend/refund your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or modifications after 24 hours of the time of purchase.

Do you offer custom orders?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer completely customised orders. However, if your pet requires a smaller or larger size than those offered, send us an email and we’ll endeavour to accommodate for your request.
